I built this on what I know about running a business: purchasing, operations, and costing, and what it costs a company when the numbers are wrong.
I've watched plenty of contractors bid a job with a pencil and a receipt, spending hours just estimating the cost, while the big corporate crews run software that costs them hundreds a month.
I wanted a 1 to 10 man crew to have that same edge, for a fraction of the price. Less time buried in paperwork, more time on the job doing what they're good at.
