Welcome to SlabBid Pro. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SlabBid Pro ("we," "us," "our") covering your use of the SlabBid Pro app and website (slabbidpro.com), including SlabBid Pro, SlabBid Lite, SlabBid Pump, and SlabBid Material (together, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What SlabBid Pro Is
SlabBid Pro is a bid and estimating tool built for contractors. It helps you calculate material, labor, and cost estimates for concrete and related jobs, and helps you build and send quotes to your customers.
2. Estimates Are Estimates, Not Guarantees
Every number the App produces — material quantities, labor hours, pricing, totals — is a calculated estimate based on the information you enter and default industry rates. It is not a guarantee of actual cost, actual material needed, or job outcome. Site conditions, material waste, weather, labor availability, and dozens of other factors can change actual costs. You, the contractor, are solely responsible for reviewing every estimate before sending it to a customer and for the final price you quote. We are not responsible for losses, disputes, or damages that come from relying on an estimate the App produced.
3. Your Account and Data
The App stores your company information, pricing, and job data directly on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data using the App's built-in backup feature. We are not responsible for data lost if you lose, reset, or replace your device without backing up first.
4. Subscriptions
Some App features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and you'll be charged the price shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings — Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policy; we don't process refunds directly.
Pricing shown to founding members is locked in for as long as that subscription stays active without a gap. New subscribers after the founding period may be offered a different price.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use the App to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to try to access, copy, or reverse-engineer the App's code or pricing logic.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits or lost business, even if we've been told that's possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, the App will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before you can keep using it.
